Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of high-level leadership experience (restaurant or retail preferred)
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate early mornings, evenings, and weekends as necessary for full-time availability
• Established track record in guiding, coaching, and fostering the advancement of others
• Solid communication and interpersonal prowess are key elements in successful relationships
• Engaging in customer service with a hospitality mindset, self-awareness, and a focus on growth are vital components of success
• Dependable transportation and the commitment to working over 45 hours per week are prerequisites
