Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet guests with a positive attitude, take orders, and process payments efficiently.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and package food and drinks according to Popeyes’ standards, ensuring each order is fresh and made to perfection.
• Inventory Management: Unload and stock inventory items as needed, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and organized.
• Team Collaboration: Work with fellow crew members to ensure smooth operations in the restaurant, helping where needed and creating a fun, supportive team environment.
• Consistency: Maintain regular, reliable attendance for assigned shifts and perform duties consistently and with attention to detail.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, ensuring a safe and clean working environment for yourself, your team, and our guests.
• Promote Popeyes Culture: Act with integrity and honesty, embodying the values of Popeyes in every interaction with guests and coworkers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential.
• Customer Interaction: Ability to interact in a positive, professional manner with guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to Learn: A desire to learn all areas of restaurant operations, from food prep to customer service, and be adaptable to working at different stations.
• Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry product for preparation and stocking, kneel, push doors and coolers, and stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Positive Attitude: A friendly, can-do attitude and ability to maintain composure in a busy environment.

Salary:

$12 - $14 per hour, depending on experience.
