Job duties include

• Completing tasks and ensuring that services and the guest experience maintain consistency with the Chick-fil-A brand, culture, and the Operator's vision.
• Ensure tasks are completed promptly to maintain operational excellence and enhance overall productivity.
• Conforming to Chick-fil-A guidelines by organizing, assembling, and distributing items at food stations.
• Engage in clear and open dialogues with both peers and superiors to enhance collaboration and understanding.
• Withstand standing up to 5 hours without a break.
• Mastery of foundational mathematical and measurement skills is important.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the restaurant by routinely mopping, sweeping, removing trash, and caring for equipment.
• Offer a kind greeting to guests, even while working on culinary preparations.
• Arranging supplies unloaded from delivery trucks in the appropriate storage areas.
• Skillset includes lifting weights of up to 45 pounds.

Requirements

• The minimum age requirement for employment is at least 16 years old
• It is imperative that candidates are eligible to work in the United States
• Having a reliable mode of transport is vital for various activities
• Skilled in handling a variety of kitchen equipment, pots, and pans, and proficiently navigating shelving units of varying altitudes
• The necessary proficiencies for this position include reading, writing, basic mathematics, and verbal interaction
• Works within a brisk, clamorous, and warm setting
• Vital mobility needed for changing schedules

Chick-fil-A, Inc., Founder S. Truett Cathy started the business in 1946, when he and his brother, Ben, opened an Atlanta diner known as The Dwarf Grill (later renamed The Dwarf House®).
