Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out responsibilities and affirming that merchandise and customer encounters uphold the Chick-fil-A brand, values, and the Operator's vision.
  • Prioritize efficient task completion and operational excellence by working with a sense of urgency.
  • Ensuring compliance with Chick-fil-A protocols, your tasks include prepping, putting together, and serving items at the food stations.
  • Ensure clear and concise communication with fellow Hospitality Specialists and managers.
  • Endure standing for up to 5 hours at a time.
  • Elementary arithmetic and gauging proficiencies.
  • Uphold the sanitation and safety standards of the restaurant by engaging in activities such as mopping, sweeping floors, emptying trash, cleaning, and maintaining equipment.
  • Greeting guests with courtesy is essential, even when your focus is on kitchen tasks.
  • Offloading goods from delivery vehicles and positioning them in the correct storage areas.
  • Able to lift loads weighing up to 45 pounds.
  • Keeping a professional appearance by grooming well and dressing smartly at all times.
  • Abide by the designated serving amounts, benchmarks for excellence, and scrutiny criteria.

Requriments:

  • Opening shifts can begin as early as 4 AM and end no later than 2 pm.Must be 18 years of age or older.Must meet plan eligibility requirements.
  • The Operator has full authority to decide on raises and overtime allowances, taking into account business results, employee contributions, and program qualifications. It should be noted that requirements may be adjusted at any time without advance notice.
