The Cash Control Clerk role is crucial in providing customers with a positive shopping experience

Responsibilities:

• Carries out opening, middle, and closing duties as provided, guaranteeing that all assigned tasks are performed competently and within the designated time frame. Furthermore, this individual is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the signage and pricing.
• Keeps current with the Front-End Code Book and PLUs: Exhibits strong basic mathematics skills, superior communication proficiencies, and a willingness to work collaboratively with others.
• Effective communication entails conveying information in a clear and respectful manner to team members, clients, and vendors.
• The ability to meet customer service expectations and standards is a critical skill that must be emphasized in all interactions.
• While prior retail experience isn't necessary, it's essential to possess effective time management, organizational skills, and the ability to follow directions and procedures.
• Aptitude to function in a damp and wintry atmosphere.
• As needed, the candidate must show a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, or holidays.
• Adept at handling various types of equipment, including but not limited to box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
