Job Summary:

Chick-fil-A Beltway 8 & Hammerly is looking for dynamic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Front of House Dining Room Servers. In this pivotal capacity, you will serve as the initial point of contact for guests, providing friendly greetings, quick service, and exceptional hospitality. Your responsibilities may include order-taking, food serving, and maintaining the dining area's cleanliness, all of which require a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail to ensure a welcoming and efficient dining experience.

Part-Time and Full-Time roles are available, offering flexible shifts to accommodate students, professionals, and those aspiring to advance in a supportive atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Aid in gathering precise orders and suggesting menu options and promotional incentives
• Serve dishes without delay and make certain that all guest desires are catered to joyfully
• Deliver superior second mile service, for instance, by personally escorting patrons to their tables or accommodating any special requirements
• Ensure the cleanliness of the dining room, restrooms, and other public spaces for guests
• Maintain cleanliness by regularly sanitizing tables and chairs and ensuring a tidy space
• Provide support with maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and managing garbage disposal
• Enhance guest experiences by handing out mints and fostering memorable interactions
• Foster clear and concise communication between kitchen and counter teams to promote seamless operations
• Follow all guidelines for maintaining health, safety, and sanitation in food preparation areas

Qualifications and Experience

• Participants must be 18 years old or older to take part
• - Attendance is necessary during the lunch rush on Fridays and Saturdays
• Proficiency in handling numerous activities concurrently in a fast-moving atmosphere
• The capability to communicate effectively and build relationships is essential in various aspects of life
• Trusty, timely, and dedicated to upholding superior quality
• The completion of Chick-fil-A's Dining Room Server Training is a must
• Familiarity with POS systems or cash registers is preferred
• Having the capacity to stand for an extended amount of time and bear loads of up to 50 pounds
• An amiable, group-focused demeanor with a caring nature for assisting
