Responsibilities:

• Embracing guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional hospitality.
• Assist in enlightening guests about the available products and promotions within the dining space.
• Elevate the guest experience by guiding them to their table with attentive assistance.
• Ensure that any complaints from guests are dealt with efficiently and resolved to their satisfaction.
• Adopt a proactive approach by sanitizing tables and chairs in advance.
• Offer complimentary mints to guests as they finish their food.
• Take care of garbage disposal and ensure a neat dining room environment.
• Share a smile and establish rapport with people in a cheerful and sociable style.
• Encourage and enable effective exchanges of information between front counter and dining room staff.
• Make sure to abide by sanitation and safety regulations without exception.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Participation is restricted to individuals who are 16 years or older.
• Weekend availability, which includes Fridays and Saturdays, is a necessary parameter to meet.
• Proficiency in utilizing a cash register is a key requirement.
• Talent for juggling tasks proficiently and working at a fast tempo.
• Prioritizes collaboration, adaptability, trustworthiness, and a robust work ethic.
• Displaying positivity and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
