Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily functions and operational aspects of the restaurant
• Cultivate and support a top-performing management team and personnel through mentoring and coaching
• Offer exceptional guest experiences while adhering to Chick-fil-A's standards of hospitality
• Uphold all standards related to the safety, quality, and cleanliness of food products
• Boost sales expansion, financial performance, and operational effectiveness
• Spearhead initiatives that involve the community and uphold a positive image in the eyes of the public
• Aid in the implementation of corporate strategies, policies, and training efforts
• Consistently review performance indicators to inform decision-making
• Champion and exemplify the foundational beliefs and purpose of Chick-fil-A
• Engage in a close collaboration with the Owner/Operator to discuss and set business targets

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of five years in a senior leadership role is necessary, ideally within the restaurant or retail industries
• Complete availability throughout the week, encompassing early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by the job
• Established capacity to take charge, teach, and nurture others
• Proficient communication and interpersonal aptitude play a crucial role in personal interactions
• Being attentive to hospitality, having self-awareness, and being open to growth are key qualities to nurture
• Consistent transportation and the willingness to work over 45 hours each week are required
