Responsibilities:

• Carrying through assignments and making certain that merchandise and customer experience resonate with the Chick-fil-A brand, values, and the Operator's vision.
• Work diligently and swiftly to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, driving operational excellence in all your activities.
• Your duties will include abiding by Chick-fil-A standards as you make ready, organize, and distribute items to the various food stations.
• Uphold a culture of clear and consistent communication among Service Professionals and supervisors.
• Sustain a standing posture lasting up to 5 hours.
• Core calculation and assessment skills.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant by performing duties like mopping, sweeping floors, getting rid of garbage, cleaning, and maintaining equipment.
• Always extend a warm welcome to guests, even if your attention is on kitchen duties.
• Moving items off delivery trucks and storing them properly.
• Can manage to raise items that are 45 pounds or less.
• Maintaining a tidy and well-dressed look to uphold a professional appearance consistently.
• Adhere to the stipulated portion measurements, quality benchmarks, and evaluation criteria.

Requriments:

• Opening shifts can begin as early as 4 AM and end no later than 2 pm.Must be 18 years of age or older.Must meet plan eligibility requirements.
• Employee raises and overtime allocations are determined by the Operator, considering business performance, individual job effectiveness, and program eligibility. Be advised that these conditions may be revised without prior warning.
