Responsibilities:

• Encourage customers to place orders using either in-person or telephonic channels.
• Skillfully handle customer transactions at the point of sale.
• Collaborate with other stations and offer assistance without hesitation.
• The implementation of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) is a useful tool in ensuring food safety throughout the entire food production process
• Empathy involves putting yourself in the customer's shoes and understanding their perspective. This skill enables you to establish rapport, build trust, and provide personalized service
• Organize the pizza toppings in a way that makes it easy to assemble the pizza
• Produce pizzas as necessary
