Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out assignments and ensuring that merchandise and guest satisfaction adhere to the Chick-fil-A brand, culture, and the Operator's vision.
  • Striving for efficiency and operational excellence involves working with urgency to complete tasks effectively.
  • Complying with Chick-fil-A standards, your role will encompass getting products ready, arranging them, and delivering them to the food stations.
  • Establish a foundation of clear and open dialogue with Front-of-House Team Members and managers.
  • Withstand standing for up to 5 hours continuously.
  • Primary arithmetic and dimensioning abilities.
  • Preserve a hygienic and secure restaurant setting through tasks like floor mopping, sweeping, trash removal, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
  • Greet guests courteously, even if you are occupied with tasks in the kitchen.
  • Loading off supplies from delivery trucks and arranging them in the allocated storage spaces.
  • Having the capacity to lift loads up to 45 pounds.
  • Ensuring a professional appearance through well-maintained grooming and consistently appropriate dressing.
  • Comply with the specified serving quantities, excellence standards, and scrutiny guidelines.

Requriments:

  • Opening shifts can begin as early as 4 AM and end no later than 2 pm.Must be 18 years of age or older.Must meet plan eligibility requirements.
  • The provision of raises and overtime is contingent on the Operator's discretion, taking into account business outcomes, employee appraisals, and adherence to program parameters. Kindly note that these expectations may be altered without formal notification.
