Job duties include

  • Accomplishing tasks and guaranteeing that the quality of products and customer experiences align with the Chick-fil-A brand, culture, and the Operator's vision.
  • Focus on completing tasks expediently to foster operational excellence and achieve optimal performance outcomes.
  • Following Chick-fil-A protocols by assembling, organizing, and distributing goods to designated food areas.
  • Cultivate transparent and effective communication practices with both colleagues and those in leadership positions.
  • Endure being vertical for up to 5 hours at a stretch.
  • Proficient mathematical and measurement skills are fundamental.
  • Ensure the restaurant environment is sanitary and safe through activities like mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and equipment upkeep.
  • Extend a courteous welcome to visitors, regardless of your tasks in the kitchen.
  • Storing deliveries from trucks in the designated storage spaces.
  • Demonstrated ability to lift items of up to 45 pounds.

Requirements

Chick-fil-A, Inc., Founder S. Truett Cathy started the business in 1946, when he and his brother, Ben, opened an Atlanta diner known as The Dwarf Grill (later renamed The Dwarf House®).
