Responsibilities:

Ensuring the timely delivery, integration, and management of animal nutrition is the key responsibility of the employee. They should exhibit mechanical skills and hold a Class A CDL certification.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• In charge of blending feed components in precise amounts following specifications from the head of the mill.
• Place and organize the feed orders and deliveries to their correct bin locations.
• Accountable for making sure each feed ingredient is assigned to the appropriate bin.
• Observe the mill to ensure that it is functioning correctly and keep up with maintenance on the truck and tractor.
• Undertake minor and potentially extensive maintenance on vehicles, machines, and other assets.
• Tasked with keeping the mill and office area tidy.
• Maintaining correct inventory levels and records is imperative.
• Safeguarding the safety of workers, keeping product quality high, and preserving feed security require strict adherence to safety guidelines, following operative protocols, and ensuring cleanliness. Alert management to any situations or practices that could cause food quality, feed security, or worker safety concerns.

Qualifications:

A qualification of high school diploma, GED or an equivalent is a prerequisite for applying for this role.

Capability in Language: The potential to understand reading materials such as safety regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals. Writing regular reports and correspondence is an indicator of appropriate language skills.

Basic understanding and implementation of algebraic concepts plays a crucial role in mathematics-related calculations.
