Job duties include

• Accomplishing assigned duties and maintaining alignment with Chick-fil-A's brand, ethos, and the Operator's vision for guest satisfaction.
• Strive to efficiently accomplish tasks to meet objectives swiftly and maintain operational effectiveness.
• Following Chick-fil-A protocols by preparing, organizing, and delivering goods to specified food stations.
• Make sure to articulate effectively when interacting with teammates and managers.
• Be on one's feet for a maximum of 5 hours at a time.
• Foundational math and measurement competencies are essential.
• Keep the restaurant hygienic and secure by regularly mopping, sweeping the floors, disposing of garbage, and caring for equipment.
• Always offer a friendly acknowledgment to guests, even when busy cooking.
• Moving supplies from delivery trucks and organizing them in appropriate storage locations.
• Capability to carry items weighing a maximum of 45 pounds.
