Job Summary:

• Showcase adept multitasking skills in prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast-paced setting.
• Strategically organizing shifts to secure profitability and streamline daily proceedings.
• Direct a range of production areas: Prepping Ingredients, Coating Materials, and Assembling Dishes.
• Maintain the quality and presentation of food products according to Chick-fil-A's standards to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Use internal data findings to verify consistency and quality. Address areas of improvement immediately.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen Director and Training Director to identify solutions and create an action plan.
• Instill a mindset of prioritizing food safety and cleanliness in all kitchen operations.
• Monitor and encourage team members to work diligently to meet the restaurant's expectations for service speed.
• Conduct regular checks to uphold cleanliness standards in the dining room, parking lot, and overall facility upkeep.
• Foster accountability within the team for maintaining the dress code, grooming standards, meal break timings, and adherence to organizational policies.
• Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement by welcoming feedback and being willing to evolve alongside changing circumstances for personal and team development.
• Stay collected and prioritize problem-solving when under pressure, striving to handle challenges efficiently while meeting quality standards.
• Actively manage disciplinary processes to address employee performance issues and policy breaches in a proactive manner.
• Make it a priority to always comply with the company's policies and procedures.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate starts at $23.50 for each hour.

Requriments:

• An individual must have reached the age of 18 to be considered
• Available for full-time work, with the capacity to put in 30-40 hours weekly
• All team members must ensure they can work on Saturdays as part of their commitment
• Individuals applying for this position should have completed a 2-year leadership tenure
