Responsibilities:

• Continuously clean and sanitize dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils to meet cleanliness requirements throughout the work shift
• Ensure the hygiene of kitchen appliances like mixers, stoves, ovens, and coffee makers remains a top priority
• Promptly clear tables and efficiently return soiled items to the dish station
• Get rid of trash, clean garbage bins, and follow proper waste disposal procedures
• Support in the organization and restocking of clean kitchenware and silverware to their designated places
• Help in the process of receiving deliveries and storing inventory according to guidelines
• Provide assistance with food preparation and general upkeep of the kitchen area as needed
• Stay in accordance with health and safety guidelines, including those pertaining to food handling practices

Qualifications and Experience:

• Candidates with prior experience in a dishwasher or kitchen support position are encouraged to apply, but it is not a compulsory requirement
• Knowledge of commercial dishwashers and best practices for ensuring hygienic conditions in restaurant kitchens
• Capable of performing effectively in a rapid and demanding setting with a high workload
• It is recommended to possess a high school diploma or an equivalent GED
• Effective time management and meticulous attention to particulars play a significant role
• Demonstrates remarkable teamwork and skilled communication techniques
• The aptitude to endure extended periods of standing and lift items weighing a maximum of 50 pounds
