Job Summary:

As a Back of Culinary Team Member at Chick-fil-A, you will play an essential role in delivering quality food and service. Youll be responsible for preparing, assembling, and presenting meals to Chick-fil-A standards. Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and securely prepare, cook, and assemble different types of food items
• Hone expertise in all kitchen areas, including preparing ingredients, breading, frying, assembling dishes, and managing kitchen boards with precision
• The kitchen should consistently exhibit cleanliness and organization
• Replenish supplies and ingredients in a timely manner to guarantee smooth operation
• Follow Chick-fil-A's prescribed methods for maintaining food safety and sanitation regulations
• Embrace the changes and adhere to the procedures regarding new menu introductions and training
• Promptly report equipment malfunctions to the relevant authorities
• Perform the necessary duties for opening or closing tasks
• Maintain compliance with the company's policies, rules, and standards for professional conduct and appearance
• Undertake related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

• The essential elements are consistency, reliability, and punctuality

• Ability to excel in interpersonal dynamics and articulate messages convincingly
• Capable of managing multiple responsibilities concurrently and staying well-coordinated in a fast-paced environment
• Shows proficiency in both independent work and teamwork scenarios
• Adaptable availability for various time slots
• - Repeatedly lifting objects weighing 45–50 pounds is a common task
• Capable of staying on one's feet for long durations
• Candidates without experience will be trained; we are looking for the right fit

Salary:

• Depending on the individual's experience and the number of hours they can commit to, the pay rate is set between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour
