Job duties include

• Executing responsibilities and ensuring that products and customer interactions are in accordance with the Chick-fil-A brand, values, and the Operator's vision.
• Embrace a mindset of urgency in task completion to excel operationally and achieve efficiency in all endeavors.
• Ensuring compliance with Chick-fil-A standards through the preparation, assembly, and serving of products at food stations.
• Articulate your messages clearly and concisely when engaging with team members and supervisors.
• Stay on your feet for periods of up to 5 hours.
• Fundamental understanding of mathematics and measurement is key.
• Uphold sanitation and safety in the restaurant by performing tasks like mopping, sweeping floors, taking out trash, and maintaining equipment.
• Remember to greet guests with respect, even when occupied with kitchen activities.
• Organizing the transfer of goods from delivery trucks to the proper storage sections.
• Proficient in managing loads up to 45 pounds in weight.

• Reliable transportation is a critical component of daily life
• Proficiency in operating a wide assortment of kitchen tools, pots, and pans, and adept at accessing shelving at different levels
• Required skills consist of reading, writing, rudimentary math, and verbal communication
• Operates efficiently in a hot, loud, and fast-paced environment

Company Information

Chick-fil-A, Inc., Founder S. Truett Cathy started the business in 1946, when he and his brother, Ben, opened an Atlanta diner known as The Dwarf Grill (later renamed The Dwarf House®).
