Restaurant Server

Job Summary:

Chick-fil-A is hiring Restaurant Servers to join our team. This position is part-time and requires availability from 11 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Saturday. We are looking for someone who loves talking to people, helping others, and providing excellent service. All training will be done in-house through our orientation and training program. We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with interested candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Manage and prepare customer orders promptly.
• Regularly assess the cleanliness of the counter, dining area, and restroom spaces.
• Observe health and sanitation protocols to safeguard a hygienic and secure environment.
• Sustain personal understanding through consistent involvement in in-house training programs and remaining updated on changes.
• Confirm that all necessary opening or closing assignments are carried out without delay.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Individuals must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• Find joy in conversing with people you come across.
• Excitement for interacting with others and providing service to them.
• Comfortable navigating a quick-paced setting.
• Aptitude for conveying messages effectively to both patrons and coworkers.
