Job duties include

• Executing responsibilities and guaranteeing that services and customer interactions align with the Chick-fil-A brand, values, and the Operator's goals.
• Make sure to prioritize tasks and work diligently to enhance operational performance by completing them promptly.
• Adhering to Chick-fil-A guidelines by readying, organizing, and distributing items to designated food areas.
• Keep your communication transparent and open with colleagues and supervisors.
• Endure standing for durations of up to 5 hours.
• Fundamental mathematical and measurement abilities are necessary.
• Ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe through tasks such as mopping, sweeping, taking out trash, and maintaining equipment.
• Extend a polite welcome to visitors, even while occupied in the culinary area.
• Unloading items from delivery trucks and arranging them in designated storage spaces.
• Capacity to handle weights of up to 45 pounds.

• Being authorized to work in the United States is a requirement

• Proficiency in reading, writing, rudimentary mathematics, and verbal interaction is essential
