As a vital member of the Prepared Foods team, you will engage in food preparation, counter service, sanitation, and product stocking. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring exceptional service that reflects the positive image of our company. Responsibilities also include upholding our operational procedures and adapting to the dynamic needs of the team.

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold food items, including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salads, and pizzas.
• Offer samples of products to customers to enhance their experiences.
• Restock hot and cold cases and displays with freshly prepared foods.
• Regularly check product freshness and execute proper rotation of stock.
• Assist with recycling efforts and maintaining a clean environment.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to organize and showcase seasonal products.
• Complete necessary worksheets related to spoilage, sampling, and safety checks.
• Participate in regular inventory assessments.
• Arrive at your workstation on time and in appropriate attire, ready to work and engage in continuous learning.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while effectively addressing customer needs and promoting sales techniques.
• Enhance sales through proper product preparation, storage, stocking, and merchandising.
• Adhere to compliance protocols regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
• Maintain cleanliness in both the working and shopping areas, ensuring all equipment meets our safety standards.
• Execute assigned opening, mid, and closing duties while ensuring all signage and pricing are accurate.
• Promptly report any safety hazards or violations.

• No previous retail experience necessary, as we are willing to train the right candidates.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds safely.
• In a typical workday, you will be standing or walking for 6-8 hours.
• Roles involve various physical tasks, including bending and reaching.
• Work involves exposure to safe cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to handle tools and equipment, including knives and electric pallet jacks.
• May occasionally require the use of ladders.
