Responsibilities:

  • Performing tasks and ensuring that products and guest encounters are consistent with the Chick-fil-A brand, principles, and the Operator's vision.
  • Efforts to efficiently complete tasks and attain operational excellence should be prioritized in all endeavors.
  • Meeting Chick-fil-A expectations, your responsibilities will involve organizing, preparing, and serving items at the designated food stations.
  • Promote transparent and effective communication among Customer Care Agents and superiors.
  • Continue to stand for up to 5 hours consecutively.
  • Rudimentary math and quantifying skills.
  • Keep the restaurant environment clean and safe by engaging in tasks such as mopping, sweeping, taking out trash, cleaning, and caring for equipment.
  • Remember to politely acknowledge guests, even in the midst of kitchen responsibilities.
  • Unpacking delivery truck contents and sorting them into the proper storage areas.
  • Capable of lifting and moving objects weighing no more than 45 pounds.
  • Sustaining a neat and well-groomed look along with wearing professional attire regularly.
  • Abide by the assigned portion sizes, standards of quality, and assessment criteria.

Requriments:

  • Opening shifts can begin as early as 4 AM and end no later than 2 pm.Must be 18 years of age or older.Must meet plan eligibility requirements.
  • The Operator holds the discretion to award raises and overtime based on business success, employee performance evaluations, and program qualifications. Any changes to the requirements can occur without prior notification.
