Responsibilities:

• Executing responsibilities and ensuring that products and customer interactions are in harmony with the Chick-fil-A brand, culture, and the Operator's aspirations.
• Embrace a proactive approach to task completion, aiming for operational excellence through efficient work practices.
• Your tasks will require you to follow Chick-fil-A protocols as you prepare, assemble, and serve items at the food stations.
• Encourage straightforward and consistent communication with fellow Dining Attendants and leaders.
• Be able to stand without a break for up to 5 hours.
• Key mathematical and gauging proficiencies.
• Safeguard the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant by performing activities like mopping floors, sweeping, discarding trash, cleaning, and maintaining equipment.
• Acknowledge guests with friendliness, even while working behind the scenes in the kitchen.
• Transporting goods from delivery trucks and placing them in appropriate storage locations.
• Able to handle weights up to 45 pounds efficiently.
• Upholding a polished and professional image through grooming attentively and dressing suitably.
• Adhere to the recommended portion sizes, standards of quality, and assessment criteria.

Requriments:

• Opening shifts can begin as early as 4 AM and end no later than 2 pm.Must be 18 years of age or older.Must meet plan eligibility requirements.
• Criteria for receiving raises and overtime are at the Operator's sole discretion, considering business performance, employee appraisals, and adherence to program guidelines. Please be aware that these conditions may be subject to change without prior notice.
