Responsibilities:

• Guest Interaction: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring a memorable Popeyes experience.
• Order Preparation: Prepare Popeyes’ famous Cajun and Creole dishes including hand-battered chicken, chicken tenders, and fried shrimp, following strict quality standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work together with your team members to keep operations smooth and efficient, ensuring quick service even during busy times.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that the kitchen and dining areas are clean and meet Popeyes' high standards of sanitation and safety.
• Stock and Inventory: Assist in stocking and organizing kitchen supplies to ensure all ingredients are available for food preparation.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally, always aiming to exceed guest expectations.
• Food Safety: Adhere to food safety guidelines, ensuring all products are prepared and served in a safe and hygienic environment.
• Learn and Grow: Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and advance your career at Popeyes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience: Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We’re more interested in your passion for serving great food and guests!
• Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Work Ethic: A positive, energetic attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate amounts of weight, and work in a fast-paced environment.
