Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the supervision of the restaurant’s daily activities and functional components
• Create and lead a strong leadership team and employees while providing mentorship and development opportunities
• Maintain Chick-fil-A's expectations for hospitality excellence by providing exceptional guest service
• Meet all expectations regarding the adherence to food safety, quality standards, and cleanliness guidelines
• Achieve growth in sales, profitability, and operational excellence
• Be at the forefront of promoting community involvement while safeguarding a positive public image
• Aid in supporting and carrying out the company's strategic plans, policies, and training initiatives
• Use data-driven assessments to guide decision-making processes
• Support and uphold the core principles and mission of Chick-fil-A
• Establish a working relationship with the Owner/Operator to drive towards common business goals

Qualifications and Experience:

• Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background in the restaurant or retail fields
• Being on hand and accessible at all times, including mornings, evenings, and weekends when the need arises for work responsibilities
• Demonstrated success in spearheading, training, and cultivating individuals
• The importance of strong communication and interpersonal skills cannot be overstated
• A hospitality professional should embody a customer-oriented outlook, self-awareness, and a dedication to personal advancement
• Reliable means of commuting and a readiness to dedicate at least 45 hours each week are vital
