POSITION TYPE: Full-time (40 hours / week) or Part-Time (minimum 20 hours/week) with 2-3 Saturday's/month  availability (Sunday's off)

SALARY: $9 - $12/hour based on experience and availability

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
• Preparing & packaging food orders for catering, drive-thru, and/or in store
• Must love to smile and connect with people
• Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
• Stock front counter, drive-thru and/or dining room inventory as needed
• Keep the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and/or restrooms neat, clean, and orderly at all times
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 50lbs
• Model and support clear communications between the front counter and kitchen teams
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Follow all food and physical safety procedures all of the time
• Read, understand and comply with all parts of the Team Member Handbook
• Understand all aspects of Second Mile Service, Operational Excellence and Creating Emotional Connections
