Job Summary:
The maintenance services provider, working under general supervision, provides preventive maintenance services and conducts comprehensive inspections, diagnoses, and repairs on vehicles and equipment.

- Limited supervision is required when completing tasks using predetermined written instructions and established procedures.
- Executes restoration and planned preventive maintenance tasks.
- Diagnosing, evaluating, and repairing electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on motor vehicles and equipment is a part of their job role.
- Utilizes the computerized features of vehicles to interpret possible malfunctions and allocate repair responsibilities accordingly.
- To ensure that the expenses involved in reconditioning cars and acquiring replacements are accounted for appropriately, it is necessary to evaluate the materials needed and estimate the costs.
- Maintains the recommended Standard Repair Time (SRT) while performing all work responsibilities.
- Rapid response is provided for unforeseen downtime situations.
- Ascertaining the safety of a vehicle by conducting thorough checks has become increasingly important.
- Fleet maintenance software is essential in completing necessary paperwork, recording part usage, and accounting for repair times associated with repairing vehicles.
- Provides assistance to senior Mechanics in completing project objectives.
- The Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports are valuable tools in maintaining the safety and proper functioning of vehicles. Repairs identified in these reports are reviewed and assigned or completed without delay.
- Follows established safety protocols to ensure a clean and secure workspace, in compliance with Corporate and OSHA Standards.
