About the Role:

Holcim US is currently hiring a full-time Courier based out of its McKinney Plant. The position involves traveling to multiple facilities across the DFW area daily, playing a crucial role in ensuring efficient and timely transportation of materials and documentation across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver shipments across multiple Holcim facilities and work sites.

• Maintain excellent communication with regional and corporate personnel to ensure smooth logistics.

• Represent Holcim professionally through courteous, respectful, and consistent service.

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal employees, vendors, and visitors.

• Follow all local office security guidelines, including visitor registration and arrival tracking.

• Plan and prioritize delivery routes based on urgency and travel distances.

• Perform routine vehicle checks (fuel, fluid levels, tires) and schedule maintenance as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle upkeep and advise on extensive repairs when required.

• Support safety and environmental compliance during all transportation tasks.

• Be available for overtime or on-call duties to meet changing schedules or emergencies.

• Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid Class C driver’s license

• Clean driving record

• Minimum 1 year of courier or delivery experience

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized

• Attention to detail and service mindset

• Must pass a physical exam and drug test

Additional Requirements:

• Commitment to workplace safety and environmental policies

• Must follow Holcim PPE standards, including proper respirator usage when applicable

• Must be clean-shaven where required for respirator fit testing (as per legal guidelines)
