The starting salary for new employees will be $22 per hour, in addition to a $2 compensation for choosing differential shifts

Unless the production is completed sooner, the hours of production are from 2:30 PM until 11:30 PM

The work shift is from Monday to Friday and every second Saturday

Position Summary:

This position requires strong leadership skills when overseeing the tasks and responsibilities of the Shift Leader workers and operators.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Competent in managing different responsibilities related to the sector, such as handling the ovens, mixing ingredients with precision, overseeing the production line, operating robots efficiently, and maneuvering forklifts smoothly.
  • Knowing the precise details of a product's specifications is necessary.
  • Regularly evaluate the quality of your products and refine your operations accordingly to achieve the best possible results.
  • Manage and counsel staff members throughout the task completion process.
  • The breakdown and reassembly of machinery is inevitable for upkeep and maintenance needs.
  • Implement a system for regular sanitation and CIP procedures for all equipment.
  • Adherence to safety regulations is mandatory to prevent accidents, injuries, or illnesses in the workplace, which can impact production, lead to financial losses, and tarnish the reputation of the company.
  • Monitor the fusion of individuals and timetables.
  • Minor Maintenance work.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to employee issues.
  • Can act as a temporary replacement for the Area Supervisor, as the situation demands.
  • Food quality is key to customer satisfaction and company success. Therefore, it is incumbent upon all employees to follow safety regulations, observe GMPs, preserve hygiene, and uphold product quality. Any activity that may jeopardize food safety, quality, or employee well-being must be reported to the management immediately.
  • The food safety and quality of MFI items fall under the company's jurisdiction.
  • It is essential for everyone to adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work atmosphere.
  • Take on other duties as designated.

Qualifications:

The mandatory prerequisites for the job include a combination of academic achievements and practical experience:

  • A high school diploma or GED acts as a foundation for pursuing higher education or vocational training.
  • The forklift certification can only be earned by those who complete the Powered Industrial Truck training program and pass the certification exam.

It is essential for the applicant to have particular academic qualifications, practical experience, and competencies that meet or exceed the job's specifications:

  • The ideal candidate must have one to three months of experience and training in the field or a comparable mix of education and experience.
  • Competency to understand and interpret simple directions, concise communications, and memoranda written in the English language.
  • Skill in writing basic letters and emails using the English language.
  • Mastery of English proficiency and the ability to skillfully present information in a clear and concise manner to fellow employees of the organization during both one-on-one and small group interactions.
  • Being bilingual in Spanish is a desirable quality.
  • Competence in computing numerical figures and amounts involved in financial transactions, including markdowns, dividends, proportionate variations, degrees, arcs, and content. Capability to implement primary algebraic and geometric techniques.
  • Proficiency in resolving practical issues and addressing a variety of tangible variables in settings with limited standardization.
