The business is open during the evening and early morning, from 6 PM until 6 AM

Position Summary:

The goal is to ensure that the packaging process upholds high quality standards at all times.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Maintains the tray packers to ensure their operability, including monitoring the correct loading of trays and maintaining the right amount of glue
• To guarantee the smooth functioning of the video jet, one must perform routine upkeep to ensure that it is always clean, has the appropriate amount of fluid, accurately encodes information, and produces clear and readable prints.
• An individual in the role of monitor ensures the shrink-wrap machine is running smoothly and replenishes the film supply accordingly.
• Assume the role of a Packaging Machine Operator when the regular operator is not available due to personal reasons or leaves of absence.
• Ensure the legibility of the master shipper by monitoring its date and implementing corrective procedures, if necessary.
• Arranging the equipment and supplies required for a production run.
• Ensures that the work environment is clean, hygienic, secure, and conducive to effective output.
• Facilitates a culture of openness and congeniality in the workplace.
• Demonstrates punctuality and reliability through consistent attendance.
• To safeguard personnel safety, maintain product quality, and ensure food safety and hygiene, it is critical to adhere to safe work practices. Always report to management any practices or conditions that may impact the aforementioned criteria
• Follow department and food safety protocols to execute sanitation procedures (possibly for the entirety of your work shift).
• Take care of the extended run fillers by running regular maintenance, cleaning and troubleshooting to keep them running smoothly.
• Navigating the operating system of a tablet is a crucial skill required for performing quality and performance checks
• When it comes to cooking, it's essential to pay close attention to the instructions for ingredient mixing. By following these guidelines carefully, you'll be able to make sure that your dish turns out perfectly every time
• Proficiency in performing complex numerical calculations, including computations involving proportions, ratios, fractions, and percentages.
• MFI is accountable for ensuring the safety and quality of the food it produces.
• Carries out equivalent duties and roles as requested.
• Accomplish any other tasks that are designated.
