Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange, occupy, and beautify specialty bakery goods, tarts, and cakes according to instructions.
- Complete production and spoilage records according to standard protocol, modifying production sheets as required to ensure adequate product supply.
- Establish a production hierarchy and suggest modifications as appropriate.
- Exhibit the goods attractively and showcase them in the sales case to gratify and enchant potential purchasers. Scrutinize the quality of the products to confirm their freshness and observe the proper procedure for rotating the products within the display case.
- Encourage open communication between team members. Foster an environment where they feel comfortable expressing concerns or ideas.
- Design intricate cake art that showcases your skills and attention to detail while appealing to your client’s tastes.
- Our team of customer service representatives are equipped to deliver exceptional service by utilizing effective selling techniques, responding promptly and courteously to phone calls and pages, and handling customer requests with efficiency.
- Secure or make certain that the upkeep of a neat and hygienic workspace and market area is maintained; adhere to Whole Foods Market's safety and cleanliness standards when maintaining equipment.
- Carry out the assigned tasks at the beginning, middle, and end of the shift, and verify the accuracy of the signage and pricing.

Skill Requirements:

- Latest techniques for safely using knives, tools, and equipment.
- When measuring ingredients by weight, you will need to use a kitchen scale. You should also know how to convert between ounces, pounds, and grams, depending on the recipe you are working with.

Experience:
