Store Manager

Job Summary:

Wingstop is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Store Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and create an outstanding guest experience. This leadership position plays a key role in fostering a high-performance team culture while ensuring smooth execution across front- and back-of-house operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in restaurant management, is driven by results, and is passionate about serving up bold flavors and great service.

Responsibilities:

• Support the District Manager in overseeing, coaching, organizing, and training restaurant staff members.
• Maintain operational standards by monitoring store performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.
• Instilling a sense of responsibility and encouragement in the workplace can be done by offering coaching, acknowledging successes, and utilizing discipline as necessary.
• Ensure comprehensive management of inventory levels, procurement operations, and accurate record maintenance.
• Handle guest comments professionally to maintain customer satisfaction standards and cultivate loyalty.
• Maintain the safety, cleanliness, and security of the facility in accordance with health and legal regulations.
• Share expert advice and suggestions for enhancing efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
• Claim ownership of the store’s prosperity and continuously explore novel strategies to enhance operations and boost the business.

Qualifications and Experience:

• - Candidates are required to have at least two years of supervisory experience in restaurant, food service, or retail settings.
• Established track record in leading teams, managing labor, and achieving operational goals.
• Proficient communication, sound decision-making, and resolving conflicts are key skills.
• Capability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and adapt promptly in a fast-paced situation.
• Upholding a strong commitment to following guidelines for food safety and hygiene.
• Adjustable availability, offering nights, weekends, and holiday coverage.
• It is vital to have hands-on experience in the restaurant sector.
