Job Summary:

As a Back of Dietary Cook at Chick-fil-A, you will play an essential role in delivering quality food and service. Youll be responsible for preparing, assembling, and presenting meals to Chick-fil-A standards. Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food items effectively and with safety measures in place
• Enhance skills in various kitchen stations like prepping, breading, frying, assembling dishes, and managing kitchen boards effectively
• Uphold a state of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
• Replenish supplies and ingredients in a timely manner to guarantee smooth operation
• Abide by Chick-fil-A's standards to ensure food safety and sanitation are upheld
• Learn and adopt the new menu rollouts and training protocols effectively
• Make sure to promptly inform leadership of any equipment glitches
• Carry out the specified responsibilities for starting or ending daily operations
• Respect and adhere to the company's policies, standards of behavior, and guidelines pertaining to appearance
• Execute any relevant assignments as provided

Qualifications and Experience:

• Consistency, reliability, and punctuality are key requirements
• Demonstrating a cheerful outlook and prioritizing customer service orientation
• Strong capability in engaging with people and conveying messages clearly
• Effective at managing multiple activities concurrently and remaining structured in a fast-moving scenario
• Adept at performing tasks independently or as a cohesive team member
• Variable scheduling to suit various shift timings
• - The job involves frequent lifting of items weighing between 45 and 50 pounds
• Having the capability to endure prolonged periods of standing
• Candidates without experience will be trained; we are looking for the right fit

Salary:

• Based on their level of experience and availability for work hours, applicants can expect to earn between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour
