Job Summary:

The Chick-fil-A Team Member at Chick-fil-A plays a pivotal leadership role, driving business performance and culture. Responsibilities:

• Lead the oversight of daily operations and the various functional departments within the restaurant
• Develop and mentor an exceptional leadership team and staff to foster a culture of success and achievement
• Uphold Chick-fil-A's reputation for hospitality by delivering exceptional service experiences to guests
• Comply with all prescribed measures to uphold food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Secure sales development, financial viability, and operational excellence
• Take the helm in fostering community engagement and preserving a positive image within the public domain
• Aid in executing and supporting company strategies, policies, and training efforts
• Drive decision-making through the continuous monitoring and assessment of performance data
• Express and embody the central values and goals of Chick-fil-A
• Collaborate closely with the Owner/Operator to ensure alignment on business objectives

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of high-level leadership experience (restaurant or retail preferred)
• Required to have open availability throughout the week, encompassing early mornings, evenings, and weekends to fulfill job responsibilities
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop others
• Strong interpersonal aptitude and proficient communication skills are highly regarded attributes
• Individuals aiming for success in hospitality must embrace a customer-focused ethos, self-awareness, and a mindset that embraces personal growth
• Reliable transportation and a willingness to work a minimum of 45 hours weekly are crucial
