Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all restaurant activities to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Take a hands-on approach to leadership, fostering teamwork and creating an engaging work environment.
- Secure elevated levels of customer satisfaction by quickly and professionally addressing guest concerns.
- Organize the oversight of inventory operations, ordering protocols, and proper storage methods for food items, including chicken and its related supplies.
- - Encourage, coach, and train staff to excel in consistently providing excellent service to guests.
- Administer shift scheduling, labor planning, and payroll forecasting to increase operational efficiency.
- Ensure the consistency of products, enforce food safety protocols, and uphold cleanliness standards.
- Create an environment of inclusion and positivity within the team by emphasizing respect, integrity, and honesty.
- Uphold adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Easily transition to the quick-paced restaurant environment and contribute in multiple capacities as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Restaurant management experience of 2–3 years is necessary, preferably in the fast-food or quick-service industry.
- Strongly adept at leading, organizing, and articulating effectively.
- Having the ability to navigate stressful situations while retaining a positive perspective.
- Expertise in food safety regulations, inventory handling, and team training methods are vital components of running a successful food-based business.
- Capable in POS systems operation and fundamental office software.
- A high school diploma or an equivalent is a requirement, with the opportunity to pursue additional education in Hospitality or Business.
- Ability to commit to a schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts.
- Having a keenness to engage in a hands-on work environment and exhibit initiative as needed.
