Your job as the Restaurant General Manager of the restaurant is to oversee daily operations while ensuring that customers are happy, team members are satisfied, and profits are at a maximum.

Responsibilities

The multifarious tasks and diverse responsibilities associated with your role as an assistant will demand your utmost diligence and professionalism:

• Providing strategic direction to restaurant staff
• As part of its duty, the Human Resources division handles functions like monitoring employee performance, arranging work schedules, implementing company policies, hiring new personnel, maintaining employee conduct, supervising staff development, and conducting performance evaluations.
• It is our responsibility to maintain the organization's finances, including inventory management, projecting outputs, creating financial reports, controlling costs related to sales and the workforce.
• Attain financial target.
• Executing effective marketing strategies that are specific to the local market while introducing new promotions.
• The task of depositing cash at the bank each morning is your obligation.
• Responsible for managing financial issues arising from insufficient funds.
• The Occupational Health and Safety Act must be followed to ensure workplace safety
• Keeping track of the marketing techniques, market trends and expansion plans of your rivals is necessary to stay ahead in the game.
• The restaurant team is committed to providing the best customer service possible.
• Customer Communication: Dealing with Customer Complaints Effectively.
• Implementing all Pizza Hut standards to ensure the product's quality is preserved.
• Successful businesses understand the importance of a well-structured procurement process and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers.
• Lead Communication with Market Leaders.

Requirements:

Individuals looking to assume the Restaurant Manager role should possess a minimum of three years of experience in a restaurant or food industry-related position, and previous experience in a management role. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the capacity to provide coaching and development and maintain financial records, are also necessary for success in this position.

The perfect candidate for the position must exhibit strong analytical capabilities, basic math and accounting knowledge, and a customer-first attitude. A flexible schedule, including working on weekends, and being answerable to the District Manager are also necessary.
