As a key member of our Prepared Foods team, you will take on various responsibilities that revolve around food preparation, customer service, sanitation, and product stocking. Your commitment to our team’s excellence and adherence to health and safety regulations will help us maintain our high standards and showcase the mission of Whole Foods Market.

• Prepare and serve an array of hot and cold foods, including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, and more.
• Engage with customers by sampling products and promoting seasonal items.
• Keep hot and cold cases stocked with fresh and appealing food selections.
• Maintain product freshness by checking dates and rotating stock as necessary.
• Assist in organizing displays and managing inventory.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer needs promptly and effectively.
• Support a clean and safe working environment by following established hygiene and safety procedures.
• Report any safety hazards or violations immediately.

• Ability to deliver proactive sales and excellent customer service.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong work ethic.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours.
• Work may involve bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
