Job Summary:

As a Back of Chef at Chick-fil-A, you will play an essential role in delivering quality food and service. Youll be responsible for preparing, assembling, and presenting meals to Chick-fil-A standards. Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food items effectively and with safety measures in place
• Excel in all kitchen roles, from prepping ingredients to breading food items, frying, plating dishes, and maintaining kitchen organization
• The kitchen should always be kept clean and organized
• Ensure that there is an ample supply of materials and components available at all times
• Adhere strictly to Chick-fil-A's requirements for food safety and sanitation procedures
• Grasp and execute the latest menu rollouts and training procedures
• Make sure to promptly inform leadership of any equipment glitches
• Fulfill the assigned duties for opening or closing operations
• Abide by the organization's regulations, guidelines, and appearance policies in all situations
• Handle any other related responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrating proficiency in interpersonal interactions and communication
• Accomplished at multitasking and upholding order in a fast-paced setting

• Variable scheduling to suit various shift timings
• - Consistent lifting of 45–50 lbs is a standard expectation
• Capable of being on foot for extended periods
• The appropriate candidate will receive training, regardless of previous experience

Salary:

• The hourly wage falls within the bracket of $17.00 to $18.00, contingent on the applicant's experience and the hours they can work
