Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all operational aspects and functional areas of the restaurant on a daily basis
- Provide mentorship and coaching to build and empower a high-performing leadership team and staff
- Consistently deliver top-notch customer service while meeting Chick-fil-A's hospitality criteria
- Ensure conformity with all requirements related to food safety, quality, and cleanliness protocols
- Strengthen sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
- Act as a catalyst for community participation and the upkeep of a positive public image
- Support the company by facilitating the implementation of strategies, policies, and training programs
- Base decisions on consistent performance assessments and data-driven insights
- Emphasize and reinforce the core values and vision of Chick-fil-A
- Work hand in hand with the Owner/Operator to determine and prioritize business objectives
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of high-level leadership experience (restaurant or retail preferred)
- Full-time commitment to availability, which includes being accessible during early mornings, evenings, and weekends if needed
- Proven talent in overseeing, tutoring, and cultivating individuals
- Profound communication abilities and strong interpersonal connections are essential qualities
- Having a hospitality-centered perspective, being self-aware, and prioritizing growth are fundamental for those in the industry
- Consistent transportation and a pledge to work more than 45 hours per week are obligatory
