Position Summary:

Upholding top-quality standards is a primary concern during the packaging phase.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Ensures that all tray packers are functioning adequately by regulating glue volume, loading trays appropriately, and conducting routine maintenance
• The video jet must be well-maintained to prevent malfunctions and ensure consistent performance, which includes keeping it clean, topping off liquid levels, maintaining precise encoding, and producing clear and easily readable prints.
• Monitoring the shrink-wrap machine and maintaining the film supply are essential duties of the position.
• Perform the duties of the Packaging Machine Operator when they are not present, maintaining a steady workflow and adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
• Regularly assess the legibility of the primary shipping document by reviewing its date and performing necessary adjustments.
• Coordinating the preparation and assembly of equipment and supplies for a production run.
• Guarantees a clean, hygienic, safe, and functional workplace that fosters productivity and output.
• Encourages employees to treat each other with kindness and professionalism at all times.
• Displays an unwavering commitment to regular attendance.
• Preserving product quality and food safety, as well as ensuring personnel safety, necessitates following GMPs and adhering to safe work practices. Notify management if you observe any actions or conditions that could compromise quality or safety
• Perform sanitation tasks according to department and food safety guidelines (sometimes for the entirety of your work shift).
• Make sure your equipment stays in top condition by running regular maintenance and cleaning tasks, and diagnosing any issues with extended run fillers like Elopack Fillers and Capers Scholle.
• Successful quality and performance assessment of tablets necessitates a good understanding of operating system navigation
• Ingredient mixing is a crucial part of the cooking process, and it's important to get it right in order to make sure that your dish turns out perfectly every time
• Proficient in processing mathematical equations and calculations, in addition to the ability to perform complex arithmetic tasks, covering proportions, ratios, fractions, and percentages.
• The responsibility of MFI involves ensuring the safety and quality of its food products.
• Undertakes similar duties and obligations as per request.
• Complete any other tasks assigned.
