- Meet the necessary criteria to guarantee compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines
- Promote revenue increase, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Lead efforts to involve the community and maintain a positive public reputation
- Assist in implementing and reinforcing the organization's strategies, policies, and training initiatives
- Make informed decisions by continuously evaluating performance metrics

- Establish a partnership with the Owner/Operator to collectively pursue business goals
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of high-level leadership experience (restaurant or retail preferred)
- Consistent availability for work purposes, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as stipulated by the job
- Demonstrated ability to lead, guide, and foster the growth of others
- The significance of robust communication and interpersonal skills is widely acknowledged
- Being hospitality-oriented, self-aware, and eager for growth is a winning combination in the service sector
- Trustworthy transportation and a commitment to 45+ hours of work each week are indispensable
