Individuals applying for delivery driver positions at Chick-fil-A must be willing to work part-time or full-time hours on a regular basis. Essential qualifications for this role include having a valid driver's license and being of legal age (18 years old). As a member of Chick-fil-A's staff, delivery drivers are tasked with upholding the company's stringent guidelines for presentation, service excellence, and customer care.

Drivers retain 100% of the tips they receive from customers.

The optimal candidate will adeptly uphold Chick-fil-A's hospitality values when engaging with guests in a compassionate and thoughtful manner. Proficiency in clear and articulate communication via our delivery app is pivotal to ensure that we uphold the quality of service our guests expect, even in off-site settings.

Requirements:

• The requirement mandates individuals to be a minimum of 18 years old
• A State-issued Driver's License that is current is essential
• Having access to reliable and clean transportation is a mandatory prerequisite (Car insurance is a requirement!)
• Being limited to one ticket or one accident within the last three years is a prerequisite
• Having a smartphone is a prerequisite for utilizing the delivery app and maintaining dependable communication

Main responsibilities:

• Offering convenience by delivering meals to clients
• Ensure that the packaging, food presentation, and quality remain at a premium level to enhance the customer's experience.
• Arriving on time, possessing a positive attitude, and demonstrating continuous effort are fundamental for excelling in the workplace

• The possession of a legitimate Driver's License from the State is mandatory

Company Information:

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants.
