Job Summary:

As a Back of Banquet Culinary Specialist at Chick-fil-A, you will play an essential role in delivering quality food and service. Youll be responsible for preparing, assembling, and presenting meals to Chick-fil-A standards. Responsibilities:

• Ensure that food items are prepared, cooked, and assembled efficiently and in a safe manner
• Develop competence across all kitchen stations, which include prepping ingredients, breading, frying, assembling dishes, and organizing work stations
• Make sure the kitchen maintains cleanliness and organization consistently
• Replenish supplies and ingredients as needed to avoid shortages
• Adhere to the rules established by Chick-fil-A to maintain proper food safety and sanitation practices
• Stay informed and practice the most recent menu rollouts and training protocols
• Alert management promptly of any equipment concerns that arise
• Finalize the designated assignments for the beginning or conclusion of operations
• Ensure strict adherence to the organization's guidelines, regulations, and expectations for personal presentation
• Execute any relevant assignments as provided

Salary:

• The compensation rate is set at $17.00–$18.00 per hour, determined by the individual's experience level and the times they are able to work
