Job description:

You have the crucial task of overseeing the restaurant's daily functioning in a way that satisfies the customers, team members, and drives profits as the Restaurant Food Service Manager.

Responsibilities

You will be charged with performing diverse tasks and handling multiple responsibilities in your role as an assistant:

• Driving success through effective restaurant management
• The Human Resources department oversees various operations, such as performance management, scheduling, policy compliance, recruitment and selection, employee discipline, coaching and training, and performance evaluations.
• As the finance personnel, we hold the responsibility of managing the financial aspects of the company, including controlling inventory, predicting productivity, producing financial outcomes, and managing the cost and expenditure of labor and sales.
• Attain financial target.
• Executing creative marketing strategies that are customized for the local market while introducing new promotions.
• Your obligation is to make the morning deposit at the bank without fail.
• Tasked with managing cash flow problems leading to a deficit of funds.
• It is necessary to abide by the regulations outlined in the Occupational Health and Safety Act to ensure that workers are not harmed
• Knowledge of competitor's marketing campaigns, market changes and business expansion is an essential factor in achieving more profits and development.
• The customer service standards are kept consistently high by the restaurant staff.
• Resolving Customer Complaints: A Prime Focus for Successful Businesses.
• Upholding the Pizza Hut standards and ensuring the excellence of the product.
• Managing the process of ordering goods and fostering positive relationships with suppliers is crucial for the success of any business.
• Assist the District Manager in the development and implementation of operational strategies and tactics that will help achieve the company's objectives. Support the District Manager in identifying and mitigating potential risks, and create contingency plans that ensure the smooth running of operations.

Requirements:

To be considered for the position of Restaurant Manager, candidates must have at least three years of direct experience working in the food industry or within a restaurant setting, and prior experience in a management role. Additionally, would-be managers should possess interpersonal and communication skills that are second to none, as well as a proven ability to provide coaching and guidance while maintaining financial controls.

The preferred candidate for the position must have excellent analytical capabilities, proficient in fundamental arithmetic and accounting, and exhibit a customer-centric attitude. Additionally, the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, and being accountable to the District Manager is important.
