Job duties include

• Carrying out responsibilities and confirming that the delivery of products and customer interactions reflect the Chick-fil-A brand, values, and the Operator's vision.
• Uphold a sense of urgency in task execution to drive operational performance and achieve excellence in all aspects of work.
• Meeting Chick-fil-A standards by preparing, assembling, and delivering products to designated food stations.
• Establish strong and effective channels of communication with team members and leaders alike.
• Maintain a standing position for a maximum of 5 hours.
• Basic math and measurement aptitudes are fundamental.
• Keep the restaurant's environment sanitary and hazard-free by performing tasks such as mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and equipment maintenance.
• Always welcome visitors with grace, even if you are working in the kitchen.
• Sorting and storing items delivered by trucks in their designated storage spots.
• Ability to raise objects weighing as much as 45 pounds.

Requirements

• An individual must have celebrated their 16th birthday before the hiring process
• Candidates need to be able to work legally in the United States
• It is imperative to possess a credible means of transportation
• Able to manage various utensils and cookware efficiently, as well as skillfully moving between shelves of different heights
• Basic math, reading, writing, and verbal communication competencies are indispensable
• Carries out tasks in a fast-moving, noisy, and hot workplace
• Mandatory motion in work rotations

Company Information

Chick-fil-A, Inc., Founder S. Truett Cathy started the business in 1946, when he and his brother, Ben, opened an Atlanta diner known as The Dwarf Grill (later renamed The Dwarf House®).
