Banquet Server

Job Summary:

Chick-fil-A is currently recruiting Banquet Servers to be a part of our team. This role is part-time and demands flexibility from 11 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Saturday. We are in search of individuals who enjoy conversing with others, assisting people, and delivering exceptional service. In-depth training will be carried out internally via our orientation and training program. Immediate hiring is underway, and we are excited to meet potential candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Make guests feel welcomed and appreciated with a friendly attitude.
• Accept and manage customer orders as needed.
• Keep a close eye on the cleanliness levels of the counter, dining room, and restroom facilities.
• Comply with health and sanitation standards to sustain a safe and hygienic atmosphere.
• Uphold personal expertise by taking part in ongoing in-house training initiatives and staying abreast of changes.
• Guarantee that all assigned tasks for starting or ending shifts are completed on schedule.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Only individuals who are of legal age, 18 and older, are eligible to take part.
• Take delight in interacting with those you meet for the first time.
• Eagerness for working alongside individuals and meeting their needs.
• Comfortable navigating a quick-paced setting.
• Competence in communicating clearly and efficiently with both guests and team members.
