Job Summary:

As a Back of Food Prep Cook at Chick-fil-A, you will play an essential role in delivering quality food and service. Youll be responsible for preparing, assembling, and presenting meals to Chick-fil-A standards. Responsibilities:

• Execute the preparation, cooking, and assembly of food items in a safe and efficient way
• Hone expertise in all kitchen areas, including preparing ingredients, breading, frying, assembling dishes, and managing kitchen boards with precision
• Uphold a state of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
• Restock supplies and ingredients promptly to prevent any disruptions
• Adhere strictly to Chick-fil-A's requirements for food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep up to date and follow the new menu introductions and training methods
• Ensure that leadership is promptly notified of any equipment problems
• Finalize the designated assignments for the beginning or conclusion of operations
• Observe and respect all the rules, policies, and criteria regarding appearance and conduct within the company
• Fulfill any other responsibilities as designated

• - Repeatedly lifting objects weighing 45–50 pounds is a common task
• Having the capability to endure prolonged periods of standing
• Training will be given to the right applicant, regardless of their past experience

Salary:

• Depending on the individual's experience and the number of hours they can commit to, the pay rate is set between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour
