Job Summary:

As a Back of Culinary Artist at Chick-fil-A, you will play an essential role in delivering quality food and service. Youll be responsible for preparing, assembling, and presenting meals to Chick-fil-A standards. Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently manage the preparation, cooking, and assembling of various food items
• Enhance skills in various kitchen stations like prepping, breading, frying, assembling dishes, and managing kitchen boards effectively
• Ensure cleanliness and organization are maintained in the kitchen consistently
• Restock supplies and ingredients promptly to prevent any disruptions
• Implement Chick-fil-A's recommended practices for food safety and sanitation
• Learn and adopt the new menu rollouts and training protocols effectively
• Notify management promptly if there are issues with the equipment
• Wrap up the required tasks for the commencement or conclusion of business hours
• Fulfill all the company's rules, procedures, and expectations regarding appearance, conduct, and compliance
• Take on additional duties as required

Qualifications and Experience:

• Maintaining consistency, reliability, and punctuality is vital

• - The job involves frequent lifting of items weighing between 45 and 50 pounds
• Able to withstand standing for long periods
• Training will be given to the right applicant, regardless of their past experience

Salary:

• Based on their level of experience and availability for work hours, applicants can expect to earn between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour
