Job Summary:

The Chick-fil-A Team Member at Chick-fil-A plays a pivotal leadership role, driving business performance and culture. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily functional areas and operations of the restaurant
• Deliver guidance and support to build a capable leadership team and workforce that excels in their roles
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A's hospitality guidelines and provide outstanding service to guests
• Observe and implement practices that align with food safety, quality, and hygiene standards
• Foster increased sales, profitability, and operational effectiveness
• Play a key role in engaging the community and preserving a favorable public perception
• Provide assistance in executing and enforcing company strategies, policies, and training initiatives
• Utilize data analysis to support decision-making processes and assess performance regularly
• Advocate for and exemplify the central beliefs and objectives of Chick-fil-A
• Engage in a collaborative process with the Owner/Operator to define business goals

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of high-level leadership experience (restaurant or retail preferred)
• Expected to be present for work commitments at various times, such as early mornings, evenings, and weekends as determined by the job requirements
• Confirmed competence in directing, mentoring, and empowering others
• Effective communication and adept interpersonal skills are valuable assets
• Success in the hospitality sector requires individuals to embody customer-centric values, self-awareness, and a commitment to learning and development
• A reliable way to get to work and a dedication to putting in 45+ hours a week are mandatory

Salary:

The salary bracket for this position is in the $70,000 to over $80,000 range per year, subject to adjustments based on performance and years of experience.
