- Observe and implement practices that align with food safety, quality, and hygiene standards

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of high-level leadership experience (restaurant or retail preferred)
- Expected to be present for work commitments at various times, such as early mornings, evenings, and weekends as determined by the job requirements
- Confirmed competence in directing, mentoring, and empowering others
- Effective communication and adept interpersonal skills are valuable assets
- Success in the hospitality sector requires individuals to embody customer-centric values, self-awareness, and a commitment to learning and development
- A reliable way to get to work and a dedication to putting in 45+ hours a week are mandatory
