Dining Service Assistant

Job Summary:

Chick-fil-A is hiring Dining Service Assistants to join our team. This position is part-time and requires availability from 11 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Saturday. We are looking for someone who loves talking to people, helping others, and providing excellent service. All training will be done in-house through our orientation and training program. We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with interested candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Make guests feel valued and welcomed through friendly interactions.
• Receive and fulfill customer requirements as necessary.
• Regularly assess the cleanliness of the counter, dining area, and restroom spaces.
• Follow health and sanitation guidelines to uphold a safe and tidy setting.
• Preserve personal knowledge by participating in ongoing in-house training and staying up-to-date with any modifications.
• Secure that all requisite tasks for opening or closing procedures are accomplished in a timely fashion.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Participants must have celebrated their 18th birthday to be eligible.
• Take pleasure in engaging in dialogue with people you encounter in your daily life.
• Commitment to interacting with people and helping them succeed.
• Flourishing in a fast-moving setting.
• Skill in communicating clearly with both visitors and coworkers.
